2007
Beginning as an Independent Fabricator at Bank Branches

First starting off the career as an independent fabricator at bank branches.

2008
Worker Recruitment and High-Valued Projects

Recruiting a new worker with the receiving of high valued projects from bank branches

2009-2014
Establishment of Bowala Workshop and Equipment Acquisition

Establishing the Bowala work shop at the middle of Kandy with the continuous increment of aluminium projects and purchasing the equipment required to repair aluminium. Recruiting new workers with the with the commencement of construction activities in Oak Ray Group of Companies and purchasing a craw cab vehicle for delivery.

2015
Company Registration

Registering the company as a private limited company under the name ‘Alu Craft Engineers (Pvt) Limited’. Mr.Ekanayake was appointed as the secretary. A new TATA vehicle was purchased for delivery.

Establishment of Physical Office and Training Sessions

Establishing a physical office at William Gopallawa Road to smoothly run the operations. Commencing annual training sessions with the introduction of Lumin concept by Alumex company.

Recognition and Directorship Appointment

Being selected for best 15 fabricators offered by Alumex company and being appointed as a director of Fabricator Association.

2018
Office Expansion and Staff Recruitment

Expanding the office of the company, recruiting new staff to the office and purchasing 02 new three wheelers.

2019-2020
Technological Upgrades and Staff Expansion

Purchasing aluminum cutters and lock punchers with newest technologies to further engage in aluminum activities successfully and recruiting new staff.

2021
Acquisition of CNC Machine and Work Area Preparation

Purchasing a new CNC machine to manufacture ceilings with new innovative designs and preparing a work area.

2022
Company Growth and Service Expansion

Company has grown up to a level of offering its service to an island wide potential market with its crew of 5 members including accounting, designing and QS experts, 7 supervisors and 35 fixers.

Mr.Roshantha Chaminda Amarasekara

Director

  • Being appointed as a director of RCA Alu Craft Engineers with 10 years of industry experience.
  • Being appointed as a director of Fabrication Association of Alumex.
  • Having a vast knowledge and industry experience in Aluminium industry.
  • Now offering an excellent customer service through the first rated commitment given by him
    towards the growth of the company as a director.

Mr.Nifath Nisar

Project Manager and Designer

Mr. Nifath Nisar is currently serving as a Project Manager and Designer at our company. He joined us in 2018 as a Designer and has since played an instrumental role in our growth.

Mr. Nisar possesses valuable expertise acquired through specialized training, including Alusys training at Alumex and CNC Art Cam special industry training. Furthermore, he holds qualifications as a CAD Draftsman, Architect, and Drone Pilot.

His diverse skill set allows him to contribute significantly to the company’s development. He is involved in various aspects, such as handling customer and supplier relations, project costing (QS), interior designing, CNC designing, and project coordination.

We greatly value Mr. Nisar’s contributions, and his dedication to delivering exceptional service to our customers and supporting the company’s success is truly commendable.

Ms. Nimesha Madushani

Accountant

Ms. Nimesha Madushani is an experienced Accountant currently working at Alu Craft company. She joined the company in 2019 as an assistant Accountant and has been an integral part of the team. Nimesha is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in B.Com at the University of Sri Jayawardenepura, where she is enhancing her knowledge in the field of finance and accounting.

Nimesha actively contributes to the growth of the company by providing her expertise in various areas such as Accounting, customer handling, and invoicing. With her strong background in accountancy and three years of industry experience, she plays a significant role in managing financial transactions accurately and efficiently.

Nimesha’s passion for her work and commitment to delivering exceptional services have made her an invaluable asset to the company. Her attention to detail and analytical skills enable her to effectively manage financial records and provide accurate financial reports. She continuously strives to improve her skills and stay updated with the latest industry practices.

Operation Manager

  • Joined with the Alu Craft company as an aluminium fixer in 2010
  • Contributes to the growth of the company as the main supervisor having aluminium fixing
    experience of 10 years and a special training for lumin at Alumex.

Main Cutter

  • Joined with the Alu Craft company in 2013 with 07 years of industry experience and qualification
    of NVQ Level 4 Aluminium Fabrication and Sri Lanka Technical College.
